On Wednesday 9th July, our Year 7 and Year 9 students took part in Be the Change Day.
This was a unique and special day with our students volunteering their time to make a difference in the community. It was so inspiring to see and hear about the fantastic work our students and staff were carrying out and the difference they were making in the community. With so much going on during the day, some highlights include supporting the community gardening at Back2Earth, working with Lancasterian Primary school to create table top murals, painting our school external walls, building a flowerbed and building and supporting our local elderly in a number of homes.
It was a truly inspirational day and our students are eager to do more! We certainly are being the change we wish to see in the world! Well done to everyone involved and looking forward to more exciting projects next year.
