Exam Results 2019

Congratulations to the outgoing Year 11 students, their parents and families, and also to their teachers for their successful examination results 2019.

Amongst the highest achievers this year, with 8 or more grades at 9-7 are Zaynab Ali who got top Grade 9s in all three sciences; Jozefina Cupi, who’s results included top grades in English literature and RE; Sierra Lan-George-Summana, who achieved Grade 9s in both English and Maths; Rania AbdI and Sami Kichou.

Most students have made excellent progress, including Felicia Morar who has attained an average of more than 4 grades higher than expected in each of her ‘Progress 8’ subjects.

Excellent results were achieved in a wide range of subjects including Maths, Science, Music, Food Preparation & Nutrition, Textiles, & Design Technology.

On collecting their results students described themselves as “Ecstatic!”, “Happy”, “Thrilled” and “Over the moon.” One said: “Absolutely amazed, I really did not expect to get these grades.”

Principal, Monica Duncan, commented: “Our results are testimony to the commitment and hard work of students and staff who have worked tirelessly to achieve these outcomes.

I also want to acknowledge the outstanding support received from parents.

We wish all the Year 11 students of 2018/19 every success in their future studies.”
