Duke’s Aldridge Academy is now a Silver Rights Respecting School after implementing the United Nations Rights of the Child across the whole academy over the last academic year. Our young people have been experiencing their UNCRC 42 articles in lessons, extra curricular activities, drop down days and many other various whole school events. This has been championed by 5 students know as the Rights4u steering group who have worked tirelessly in promoting their rights.

Our goal now is to achieve the Rights Respecting School Gold award in which Duke’s Aldridge Academy will become ambassadors for our young people across Haringey.
