The English department have celebrated World Book Day with several events this week. On Monday, students were able to buy £1 books and we had some very happy customers. On Tuesday and Wednesday, students had the opportunity to design their very own book bags and we had some fantastic designs. Today, students are able to take part in different quizzes and also talk about reading by discussing different characters from books with students and teachers. Thank you to everyone who has supported World Book Day by dressing up as a character of their choice. Happy reading everyone!
